What we actually store

The consent bar at the bottom of each page is controlled in JavaScript. If you choose “Accept all”, the script writes a short string to localStorage under the key cookie_notification. The same function can store a “denied” value if denyAllCookies() is called. That storage is a preference flag so the bar does not return on every page load. It is not an advertising identifier and it is not forwarded to tron2card’s server by the banner itself.

Technically localStorage is not an HTTP cookie, but German and EU transparency rules treat it as a similar technology. That is why we describe it here. The site does not set a tracking cookie for audience measurement and does not load a tag manager.

Strictly necessary operation

The pages must load HTML, CSS from ./build/screen.css, script from ./build/bundle.js, and images from ./media/. Those requests are needed to show the notebook. Your browser may cache them according to its own settings. We do not use that cache as a profile of which chapter you prefer.

Google Fonts

Headings and body type are requested from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. That request can set cookies on Google’s tron2card according to Google’s own policies. tron2card does not read those cookies. If you block third-party cookies or font requests, the site still functions with system fallbacks. Blocking is done in your browser; we do not offer a separate font-off switch.

Newsletter forms

On some articles a form posts an email address to signup.php. That is a form submission, not a cookie. The address is processed as described in the privacy policy. The form script prevents a full page reload and shows a short status message.

How to refuse or delete

You can ignore the banner; the editorial pages remain readable. You can clear site data for tron2card.world in your browser to remove the localStorage flag; the banner will show again. You can use private browsing. You can disable JavaScript; the menu and banner behaviour will degrade, but the articles remain as HTML.

WhatsApp and telephone

Footer links to tel:+495033882140 and https://wa.me/495033882140 open applications on your device. Those applications may set their own cookies or identifiers. tron2card does not place a WhatsApp widget that tracks scroll depth on the articles.
