Privacy policy

This privacy notice describes how tron2card, reachable at https://tron2card.world/ and info@tron2card.world, processes personal data when you read this editorial website. The operator is established in Germany. Postal address: Strandstraße 14, 31515 Wunstorf, Germany. Telephone: +49 5033 882140. Unless a statutory role requires otherwise, this notice is the point of contact for data-protection questions.

Controller and legal framework

tron2card is the controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We process data only as needed to deliver the website, to remember a cookie-banner choice, to receive a newsletter address you send, and to answer messages you initiate by email, telephone or WhatsApp. We do not sell reader lists and we do not run advertising networks on these pages.

What we collect

Server logs. Our hosting environment may record IP address, time, requested file, referrer and user-agent for security and fault diagnosis. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (integrity of the service). Logs are rotated on a short cycle typical of shared hosting and are not used to profile reading habits.

Cookie preference. If you press “Accept all” on the banner, a value is stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key cookie_notification. That token is not sent to us automatically; it only hides the banner. Details are in the cookie policy.

Newsletter. Forms posting to signup.php send the email address you type. We use it solely to confirm the subscription and, later, to send editorial notes you asked for. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw at any time by writing to info@tron2card.world.

Direct contact. If you write to info@tron2card.world, call +49 5033 882140, or use WhatsApp at the number published in the footer, we process the content of that conversation to reply. We do not require a contact form on this site.

Fonts and third parties

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google’s servers, which may see your IP address. If you prefer not to use that channel, browser extensions or a local font setting can block the request; the layout remains readable with fallback fonts. We do not embed social plugins or map iframes that would leak your visit to additional platforms.

Retention and recipients

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or we close the list. Email correspondence is kept as long as the enquiry remains active and then for a limited archive period required for commercial and tax records under German law. Hosting and email providers act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR and are bound by contract. We do not intend to transfer data to countries outside the EEA except where a font or mail infrastructure uses standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability where the GDPR provides those rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise rights, write to info@tron2card.world or to Strandstraße 14, 31515 Wunstorf, Germany.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Lower Saxony the competent body is Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover. You may instead contact the authority of your habitual residence in the EU.

Children

The site is a general-interest travel notebook. We do not knowingly collect data from children for marketing. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us an address should contact info@tron2card.world so we can delete it.

Changes

If the way we process data changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date below. Continued use of https://tron2card.world/ after an update constitutes notice of the new text. Last updated: 30 August 2026.
